This recipe of corn paratha will definitely pinch you to try it out as it is extremely delectable and easy to make. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1/2 tsp Asafoetida <br />1 Carrot grated <br />1 Cup yellow boiled & half crushed corn <br />100g Paneer grated <br />Mint leaves <br />1/2 Tsp garlic paste <br />Salt to taste <br />For dough- <br />1 1/2 cup wheat flour <br />1/2 tsp jeera <br />1 onion finely chopped <br />3-4 green chili finely chopped <br />1 tbsp oil <br />1 tsp chat masala <br />1/4 tsp garam masala <br />1 tbsp oil <br />water as required <br /> <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onions. <br />- Add boiled and roughly grind corn along with grated carrots. <br />- Add finely chopped green chilies, garam masala, chat masala, grated paneer, finely chopped mint leaves and salt to taste. <br />- Allow the mixture to cool down completely. <br />- Make a dough with wheat flour, water, salt, and oil. <br />- Let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes. <br />- Make a ball of the dough and roll it with the help of dry flour. <br />- Stuff it with the corn mixture and roll the paratha. <br />- On a hot pan, dry roast the paratha for a few seconds and later apply ghee on both sides. <br />- Yummylicious Corn Paratha is ready to serve!
